Qualifying for a referral bonus
The referred candidate must:
- be eligible to work, and be based, in the UK.
- not already be known to Moxi Recruitment; having registered with us in the last 6 months.
- only be referred by one person. Only the first referral will be accepted.
- be referred and have been in post for 12 weeks (if permanent) or completed 30 days temporary / supply work.
The referrer must:
- be based in the UK,
- not be a consultant, recruiter or member of the Senior Leadership Team at Moxi Recruitment, or be related, or known personally, to any of these Moxi Recruitment employees.
- obtain the express permission of the person you are referring before submitting their details to us, as required by general data protection legislation. You will indemnify Moxi Recruitment for any loss or claim arising out of your failure to procure such consent.
Claiming and paying a referral bonus
- The bonus will be paid in the weeks following completion of the qualifying period.
- The referral bonus will in the form of a gift voucher, which will be emailed to qualifying individuals. No cash alternatives are available.
Additional Terms & Conditions
- This scheme applies to all referrals made on and after Monday 1st January 2024. Any referrals made before this date will not be eligible for a bonus.
- A referral bonus will not be paid to individuals referred for our Training Scheme alone. If they subsequently obtain employment via Moxi Recruitment, then a referral fee will be paid.
- Moxi Recruitment reserves the right to terminate or amend this scheme at any time.
- Moxi Recruitment will determine the eligibility for this bonus in each case, and our decision is final. The ‘Refer a Friend or Colleague’ scheme may be removed at any time.
